Sign in to your account and open a ticket from the client portal — it arrives attached to your services and invoices, which gets you a better first answer.
How long does it take to get a response?
Most messages are answered within one working day. Anything sent over the weekend is picked up on Sunday morning.
Can I get a refund for hosting or domain?
Hosting has a refund window; domain registrations do not, because the registry charges us the moment a name is registered. The refund policy has the detail.
How do I change my nameservers?
Manage the domain from your client portal and set the nameservers there. Changes propagate within a few hours.
Where can I check server status?
